2nd annual
Frank’s FIRKIN Flaming Geyser Ride & BBQ

This will be our Firkin Scooter Club Monthly ride for May and will be hosted by Firkin member Frank Kuzmanich.
This ride will be 75 to 80 miles long with about 3 hours of ride time not including 4 stops and is 50 cc safe.
We will be meeting at our usual starting point:
Alfred’s Café 402 Puyallup Ave Tacoma, WA 98421.
Meet up at 10 to 10:30 AM for those who would like some Breakfast and or Coffee before we head out.
We will be departing Alfred’s at 11:00 AM.

We will be taking Valley Ave. E, towards Sumner, and taking Valley Hwy north to 15th St. SW. and will take 15th in to Auburn for our 1st stop.
1st STOP: Starbucks, 1420 Harvey Rd. Auburn, WA 98002 (On the corner of 15th & Auburn Way)
This will be a short stop to get some Coffee take a break use the rest room ECT.
If any of our Scooter friends from the North would like to meet us here we should be pulling in at around 11:45 or 12:00 noon.
We will be taking the Auburn Black Diamond road out of Auburn and up to SE Green Valley Rd and that will lead us to our 2nd stop.

2nd STOP: Flaming Geyser State Park.
We will stop and take in the Park for a while, take some pictures and stretch our legs before we turn around and head back. On our way back we will make our 3rd stop.
3rd STOP: Green Valley Meats & Mini Market. 12637 SE Green Valley Rd. Auburn, WA 98092.
We will stop for pepperoni, Jerky & Sausages. I can’t ride past without stopping.
On our way back through Auburn we will be making our 4th stop.
4th STOP: BB Magraws Sports Bar, 440 16th ST NE. Auburn, WA 98002.
This will be a Beer stop. They treated us well last year and made us all fell right at home.
We will head back to T-Town the way we came north until we get close to HWY 18. At that point we will take Peasley Canyon Rd up the hill and through Federal Way and hook up on HWY 509 and take the route down through Lakota and take the twisties on to Dash Point, Browns Point, the Cliff House and down Marine View Dr. and around the Port of Tacoma back past Alfred’s. From There we will take the Tacoma water front towards Point Defiance Park and end up at Frank’s house for the after ride BBQ.
I will provide Burgers, Dogs, Buns, Condiments, Fixings, Salad, Homemade Salsa & Chips, Soft Drinks and Water.
All you will need to bring is whatever Alcohol you would like to drink.
My house is close to Safeway, Albertsons, Walgreens the Gold Fish Tavern and a Liquor store.
And for our friends from the north:
The Ferry to Vashon & on to Seattle is just about a mile from the house ;o)
Weather permitting this should be a Fun & Scenic 50 cc safe ride.

We should be pulling into Franks for the BBQ at around 4:30 or 5:00
